I've been having the same problem. It finally worked for me using Safari and not internet explorer. I don't know if this will help you, but if not then i know bridget fixed it for me, she might be able to help. Also, are you sure you are following them personally or are they following you..You have to make sure you are following the person too. Hope London's amazing:)
